i exist between worlds as a guide for those traversing the thresholds of transition, assisting with the turbulent landscape therein. these are emotional states and realms misunderstood and shunned by society, creating detrimental restrictions and blockages in our bodies and spirits. i specialize in initiation, rage, grief, integration, and as our experiences are infinitely different so are the ways in which i may assist you through your unique processes. the themes remain the same, however, where a deeper exploration of your relationship with your core beliefs, understanding your shadow, and various shapes within the sonic, movement, and meditation are incorporated as remedies for your own self-nurture and empowerment through death and transformation.
